SmokedSouthern.Co is headed by Executive Chef & passionate low n slow enthusiast, Trent Barrett. As an experienced Executive Chef of 20+ years with a food science background, Trent has a wealth of knowledge alongside a passion for cooking and all things BBQ.
This paired with his love of teaching people and creating memories through food was the catalyst that lead to the creation of SouthernSmoked.Co.
Trent and his American wife Cassie (formerly a pitmistress in her hometown of Kansas City, USA), are the co-owners of the very popular, one stop BBQ supply shop Smoked BBQ Co, Miami, Gold Coast.
